Beymen Did Not Deliver My Collection Shoes Order for 6 Days
On 19.09.2025, I placed an order for a pair of Beymen Collection shoes through Beymen.com. My order number is: bey20250919-11675800. Although 6 days have passed since I placed my order, the product has still not been delivered. My delivery address is Afyonkarahisar, Dinar. During this period, I contacted customer service 3 times, but each time I received vague and unhelpful responses, and I was told that I needed to wait another 48 hours for my complaint to be resolved. I made the payment for my order in a single installment with my debit card, in the amount of ₺8,479.70. If there is no issue with my order, I kindly request that my product be delivered as soon as possible. I would appreciate your assistance in expediting the process.
