I downloaded the BetterMe Yoga app for free and checked out the program without making any purchases. However, weeks later, I noticed multiple unauthorized charges from this company on my bank account. Thankfully, since my card was set to block online transactions, they were unable to process five of the charges.
Unfortunately, when I temporarily enabled online payments, 350₺ was immediately withdrawn from my account without my consent. I never knowingly subscribed to any plan, and I demand a full refund.
Additionally, if there is any active membership under my name, I want it canceled immediately. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action. Many others have faced similar issues—BetterMe Yoga needs to stop these unauthorized charges!
