I signed up for a one-year subscription to the BetterMe Yoga app for 350₺, expecting it to be a one-time payment. However, after just one month, an additional 700₺ was withdrawn from my account without any prior notice or consent.
There is no customer service number to reach, making it impossible to resolve this issue directly. I am extremely dissatisfied as I have not even used the app, and these unauthorized charges are unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized 700₺ and the cancellation of any further charges. BetterMe must address this issue and provide transparent communication with their customers. This behavior feels like a deliberate scam.
