I Got Charged by BetterMe App Without My Consent After One-Time Use

About a year ago, I downloaded the BetterMe app and subscribed to a one-time exercise program for ₺25. I never used the app again, never accessed any services afterward, and didn’t communicate with any coach or support team. Despite this, BetterMe has been charging my card every month, mostly for ₺420 and ₺98, without my knowledge or permission. In total, they have withdrawn ₺7,421.99 from my account without providing any service.

This is completely unauthorized and unacceptable. I am demanding a full refund immediately. If this is not resolved in the shortest time possible, I will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Court and take legal action to protect my rights. BetterMe must stop exploiting users and respond to these unauthorized charges now.

First of all, you definitely do not provide a flawless customer experience. My problem has not been resolved yet. I request that you provide the information of your Turkey affiliate company.
