Since April 2025, ₺350 has been withdrawn from my bank card each month by the BetterMe Dancing app—completely without my consent. I only used the app once to try it out and canceled it immediately afterward. Despite this, the charges have continued, and I was unaware until I reviewed my bank statements.
I do not use the app, I never agreed to a subscription, and I feel completely scammed. I demand that all unauthorized charges be refunded immediately, and that my subscription—if one was ever created—is fully terminated without delay.
BetterMe needs to take responsibility and fix this issue before more users are taken advantage of. This is unacceptable and needs urgent attention.
