I signed up for the BetterMe Yoga app using a trial package, fully aware that I was paying for a limited-time offer. I paid for that trial willingly. But shortly after, I was shocked to find an additional charge of ₺350 withdrawn from my card—without my approval, consent, or any notification.
I never authorized this extra payment and didn’t sign up for any extended plan or subscription beyond the initial trial. This charge was done completely without my knowledge, and I consider it an unauthorized transaction. I demand a full refund of the ₺350 that was taken from my account and request that my saved card details be permanently deleted from BetterMe’s system.
This is not how a company should treat its customers. Charging without consent is unacceptable. I want this issue resolved immediately and my money returned.
