I Face Unauthorized Payment Attempts from BetterMe Without Any Subscription

I recently experienced unauthorized payment attempts from BetterMe, even though I have never purchased any subscription, package, or registered an account with them. Last week, my bank detected two separate attempts to charge my card ending in 7426. Fortunately, both transactions were declined because the expiration date was entered incorrectly, so no money has been withdrawn from my account yet.

I never gave any payment approval or subscription consent, and I have no idea how or why my card details were used. This raises serious concerns about my financial security. I am requesting that BetterMe permanently remove my card information from their systems, cancel any account that may have been created without my authorization, and provide an official written explanation of how my data was obtained.

I expect immediate clarification and assurance that no further unauthorized attempts will occur.
