BetterMe Charged My Card Without Consent and I Can’t Reach Support for a Refund

BetterMe withdrew money from my card without my permission, and I still don’t even know what the charge was for. I never approved any subscription, I didn’t authorize any payment, and yet the money was taken from my account. On top of that, it's impossible to reach anyone from their support team to resolve the issue.

I demand a full refund for this unauthorized transaction. If there is any active subscription under my name, I want it canceled immediately. I also request that all my saved card information be deleted from their system without delay.

What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve now seen countless similar complaints from other users. It’s shocking that a company with this many unresolved issues is still allowed to operate. BetterMe, stop charging people without their consent and fix this now.
