I Got Charged by BetterMe Without My Consent and Demand Cancellation

I recently noticed that BetterMe has been withdrawing money from my account every month without my knowledge or consent. I never subscribed to any of your services, and I certainly never authorized these recurring payments. This is a serious violation, and I consider it an unauthorized transaction.

I am demanding an immediate cancellation of whatever subscription you claim exists, and I want a full refund for all the unauthorized charges. There is no phone number or reliable customer service to reach out to, which only makes this situation worse. If I do not receive a prompt response and refund, I will be forced to take legal action and file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

This is unacceptable. Stop withdrawing money from my account and cancel the unauthorized membership immediately. I expect a full explanation and resolution without any further delay.
