BetterMe Kept Charging Me After I Canceled My Subscription

I purchased the BetterMe app but canceled my subscription around the end of July beginning of August and deleted the app shortly after. I even double-checked that the subscription was successfully canceled under my account. Despite this, BetterMe continues to automatically withdraw money from my card without my consent for two times now... one in September and another one in December. This ongoing issue is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and expect this matter to be resolved promptly. It’s disappointing that I need to take such steps to stop unauthorized transactions. I expect a prompt resolution and my refund.
