I purchased a BetterMe subscription, which ended on its scheduled date, and I canceled my membership afterward. Despite this, BetterMe has continued to withdraw money from my card without authorization.

Since my subscription has already expired, I cannot understand why you are still charging me. I have saved all the payment receipts and subscription cancellation dates as proof, and I have also shared screenshots with your support channels.

This ongoing financial loss is unacceptable and has caused me both financial strain and emotional frustration. I expect an immediate investigation into this matter. I explicitly request a full refund of all unauthorized charges and confirmation that my payment information has been permanently removed from your system.
