BetterMe Charges Without Authorization, Unable to Cancel Subscription

I downloaded the BetterMe app and deleted it immediately after deciding it was not for me. However, I recently noticed that the app has been charging me a monthly fee without my knowledge. If I hadn’t checked, these charges would have continued unnoticed.

I also discovered that canceling the subscription through the app is not straightforward. How can BetterMe deduct money without authorization for a service I don’t even use? This is unacceptable.

I am requesting a full refund for all unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of my subscription. BetterMe must address this issue promptly and make the cancellation process transparent and user-friendly. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
