BetterMe Charging Me Even After Deleting the App – How Do I Cancel?

I downloaded the BetterMe app a long time ago, but when I saw it was a paid service, I decided not to use it and deleted it immediately. I never subscribed or used any of its services, yet it has been deducting money from my account for months—and I only just noticed!

Even though I have deleted the app, BetterMe is still charging me. I want to cancel this subscription immediately and get a refund for the unauthorized charges.

How can I permanently cancel this unwanted subscription? Their customer support is unresponsive, and I can’t find a proper way to stop the charges.

"Thanks for your quick response. Could you please help me find out if I can get a refund for the monthly subscription fee back to my credit card? I did not use the service, and even though I canceled it, I was still charged."
