Skechers Moonhiker Started Peeling After Only 3 Months of Normal Wear

I purchased a Skechers Moonhiker 183196 BBK in size 8.5 from the Skechers store in Ankara Ankamall. Even though I used the shoes regularly under normal conditions, within just 3–4 months the heel area and the insole lining started to peel and wear off. I can’t reconcile this level of wear in such a short time with the quality I expect from Skechers.

After I noticed the problem, I returned the product to the store and sent it in for inspection. However, I received a rejection response stating “user error, not caused by manufacturing.”

I did not use the shoes in any unusual or harsh way, and I do not believe this degree of deformation in such a short period is normal. I request that the product be reviewed again with a more detailed inspection and that my shoes be replaced. I ask that my issue be resolved and that my trust in the Skechers brand be restored.
