I have recently noticed that the BetterMe app has been deducting funds from my account without my awareness or authorization. I'm being billed for a meal program that I never agreed to, and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone from the company. I shouldn't have to pay for an app that I don't use and never agreed to subscribe to.

I kindly request a prompt refund for all charges that were not authorized and the cancellation of any subscription linked to my account. This type of unauthorized activity is not acceptable.
