BetterMe Charged Me Without Consent Despite No Active Membership

I recently discovered that BetterMe has been charging me every month without my knowledge or consent, even though I never subscribed to any membership. I checked through the app and my account, and there’s no active subscription listed. Despite this, my bank statements clearly show monthly deductions.

To make matters worse, when I try to cancel whatever hidden subscription they’ve enrolled me in, there’s no clear or accessible way to do so. The cancellation process is deliberately confusing and unhelpful. This feels incredibly deceptive and unethical.

I am demanding a full refund for every unauthorized payment that has been taken from my account. BetterMe needs to respond to this immediately and stop billing people without proper notice or consent. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
