On January 28, 2026, I ordered a Beef’n Cheddar XL meal at the Arby’s branch located in Terracity Mall, Lara, Muratpaşa, Antalya. However, the product that was served had no resemblance to the product shown in the advertisement.
Instead of the full and appetizing sandwich shown in the advertisement, I was served a thin sandwich with very little filling.
After experiencing this disappointment, I shared the issue with the branch staff, but no solution or suggestion was offered.
I believe that such a clear difference between the advertised product and the product served to customers is misleading to consumers and shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
For this reason, I request a refund of the amount I paid and that the Beef’n Cheddar XL menu be served in a way that matches the advertisement in terms of content and size.
I also request that the matter be properly investigated and that advertising and product standards be reviewed to prevent similar situations from happening to other customers.
