My name is Avuti Krish***, and I am writing regarding a serious issue with multiple failed deposits to my Parimatch account that has remained unresolved for about three months.
I made four separate deposits of ₹4,000, ₹2,500, ₹3,000, and ₹4,000 to my Parimatch account through UPI using the PhonePe application. In every case, the money was successfully debited from my UPI account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance.
For at least some of these payments, I have the UPI reference numbers 472372086043 and 391183476030. All of these transactions occurred approximately one to three months ago.
I contacted Parimatch support on the same day, about three hours after one of the deposits, and they confirmed the issue and told me that the payment would be credited on Wednesday.
However, today is Tuesday, and despite their assurance and the three months that have already passed, the deposits of ₹4,000, ₹2,500, ₹3,000, and ₹4,000 have still not been credited to my Parimatch account and have not been refunded to my UPI account either.
My Parimatch account is registered under the name Avuti Krish***.
I kindly request that the total amount from these four failed deposits be refunded to my UPI account as soon as possible, and that a clear and final explanation be provided regarding why these payments were debited from my UPI but never credited to my Parimatch account, despite the earlier confirmation from support.
