I need help regarding a deposit issue on my account. I made a recharge of ₹20,000 on February 20, 2026 at 6:51 PM, but the amount has not been credited to my account.
The transaction was completed successfully and I received the deposit confirmation, with UTR number 641782694988.
However, the money has still not been added to my account balance. Because of this problem, my ₹20,000 is currently stuck.
My BDG ID is 14024909.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they have not responded or helped resolve the issue.
I kindly request that you check this transaction using the UTR number provided and credit the ₹20,000 to my account as soon as possible, or provide a clear explanation and solution for this issue.
