BetterMe Charged My Account Without Permission—Requesting Membership Cancellation

I downloaded the BetterMe app but never used it. Despite this, my account was charged without my permission. I find it unreasonable and frustrating that a service I never utilized is withdrawing money from my account.

I want to cancel my membership immediately and request that no further charges be made to my account. BetterMe, please address this issue promptly and ensure that my subscription is canceled. Unauthorized charges like this should not occur, and customers deserve clear communication and control over their subscriptions. I expect a swift resolution to this matter.
