BetterMe Charged Me Again Without Consent

I signed up for the BetterMe platform just once, solely to view the program prepared for me in my email. Not only did I never receive the program in my email, but today I noticed they've charged me again for another membership.
I'm urgently requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge. This situation is frustrating because I didn't agree to any recurring payments, and I didn't even receive the service I initially paid for.
It feels like I'm being taken advantage of, paying for a service I'm not using and never agreed to continue. I expected better from a platform that's supposed to help people improve their lives.
