BetterMe Charged Me Without Permission – Unwanted Renewal

I signed up for a 3-month program with BetterMe, and now they’ve charged me again without any notice or permission. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t informed that the subscription would automatically renew unless canceled – this feels like a clear attempt to take advantage of customers. Many people are being misled and charged under the guise of a “subscription renewal” without proper warning. BetterMe, I’m demanding an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. It’s unfair to put users in this position, and I shouldn’t be charged for a renewal I never agreed to. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure I receive my money back.
