BetterMe Charged Me After I Canceled My Membership Before the Renewal Date

I signed up for a 3-month program with BetterMe, and now they’ve charged me again without any notice or permission. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t informed that the subscription would automatically renew unless canceled – this feels like a clear attempt to take advantage of customers. Many people are being misled and charged under the guise of a “subscription renewal” without proper warning. BetterMe, I’m demanding an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge.
