Instagram Fails to Restore Wrongfully Disabled Account

I am filing a complaint against the Instagram team. I created a new account for my sister under my original Instagram account. The account I opened for her was later restricted and permanently disabled for allegedly violating community guidelines. Because that account was created under my original account, my main account, polat_ars21, was also completely disabled.
For approximately 10 days, I have been unable to access my main account in any way. I have tried submitting in-app appeals, filling out help forms, sending emails, and using all available support channels, but I have not been able to recover my account or receive any meaningful response.
My main account contains important and personal information, and this situation has caused me serious inconvenience and distress. I am requesting that my original account, polat_ars21, be thoroughly reviewed and reinstated. I also request clear and detailed information regarding this process and the reason for the suspension.
