I Want Refund From BetterMe

BetterMe charged my credit card without my consent. I only signed up for a one-month subscription and never agreed to continue it for the second month. I did not log in, use the app, or approve any further payments.

This is unacceptable, as I made it clear I didn’t want to continue the subscription. Despite not using the app or the service, the payment was processed without my authorization.

I am requesting a full refund for the unauthorized charge. BetterMe must address this issue immediately and ensure that such practices are stopped. Customers should not have to deal with unapproved charges for services they didn’t use or agree to.
