I last used the BetterMe app about two months ago. At that time, I had signed up for only a 1-week subscription, which I canceled properly before it could renew. Despite having no active membership, I was shocked to see that they’ve charged my card again.

I haven’t used the app since and I’m not satisfied with its content or features. I never agreed to any ongoing subscription beyond that initial week, so this new charge feels like unauthorized billing. I took all the necessary steps to cancel—yet I’m still being billed.

BetterMe, this is not okay. I demand an immediate refund and written confirmation that my subscription has been fully and permanently canceled.

You cannot continue to charge users after cancellation. It’s deceptive and erodes trust. I hope this issue is resolved quickly, or I will be forced to report it to my bank and consumer protection services.
