I’m very frustrated with the BetterMe app. I originally downloaded it just to try a one-month exercise program and paid for that single month. I didn’t use the program after that, and I definitely didn’t authorize any ongoing subscription. But I recently discovered that BetterMe has been continuously charging my account without my knowledge or consent.

I never approved a recurring subscription. When I realized what was happening, I immediately tried to cancel it, but even after canceling, they’re still taking money from my card. I’ve searched everywhere for a contact number or customer service support, but there’s no way to get real help. This feels deceptive and predatory.

BetterMe, I demand that my subscription be fully canceled immediately, that you refund the unauthorized charges, and that you permanently remove my card information from your system. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I won’t sit quietly while you take money for a service I didn’t agree to use.
