I Got Charged Without Permission by BetterMe Despite Never Using the App

I downloaded the BetterMe app just once out of curiosity but never used it beyond that. I didn’t open any videos, didn’t start any programs, and certainly didn’t approve or authorize any subscription. Yet to my shock, I was charged for a subscription I never agreed to.

This was an unauthorized payment, and I demand a full refund immediately. I didn’t sign up for anything, didn’t confirm a trial, and didn’t receive any warning or reminder before money was taken from my account. I am extremely upset, especially because this was the last bit of money I had in my account.

How can an app take money from someone without explicit consent? I feel scammed. I’m requesting BetterMe’s support team to process my refund without delay. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and preys on users who unknowingly install the app. Please return my money immediately.
