In the past month, I have purchased three items from Bershka. Only one of the three items got here quickly, while the other two took more than two weeks. Even worse, neither of the two items that did arrive was in good enough shape to be usable. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to get in touch with customer support to lodge a complaint. I've tried again, but it seems my efforts are being disregarded. I have tried to return the items, but I am still not satisfied with the service I have received. In addition to not being acceptable, sending faulty products and then discounting those that arrived late is unacceptable. We've had enough of this! Can you please listen to me?
