Bershka's One Month Delay, No Delivery, and No Refund

I bought something from Bershka on June 26, 2023. It's been a month, and my order still hasn't come, and there's no sign of a refund either. Worst of all, I can't even find out anything from them! This level of rudeness is hard to believe. They keep saying they'll check the warehouse, but hasn't it already been a month? This can't be right. We pay our hard-earned money, and then we have to go through this. I want them to ship my order right away. I'm not happy at all with this shopping experience because they keep making me feel frustrated and inconvenient. Bershka needs to fix this problem right away and keep its promise to give its customers good service. It's just not acceptable to wait for so long and not talk to anyone about it.
