Bershka Purchase Still Has Not Arrived After Two Months




I ordered two items from Bershka two months ago, and unfortunately, the products are still stuck in transit. After attempting to contact customer service for an extended period of time, expressing my frustration, and outlining the consequences of not receiving the items, I have yet to receive a resolution or any assistance. This situation is completely unacceptable. I kindly request a prompt resolution to the situation I am facing from this company that is known for its reliability.
