Bershka's Unresponsive Customer Service and Defective Products
As an unhappy customer, I'm writing to convey my dissatisfaction with Bershka's service. I received damaged products from the firm and attempted to contact them by phone and email multiple times with no success. Bershka's customer service appears to be unresponsive, leaving me in the dark about the status of my request. I understand that an investigation period may exist, but I should not have to wait endlessly for a conclusion. As a customer, I am entitled to timely and courteous treatment. Instead, I have unanswered questions and no indication of when the process will be completed. Bershka should improve their customer service and take more responsibility for the quality of their items, in my opinion. As for me, I've lost faith in the firm and will no longer buy from them.
