Order Missing from Bershka for Almost Two Months—No Refund Received
It has been nearly two months since I ordered two shirts from Bershka, but the items were lost in transit. I reported the issue, and they acknowledged it. However, now I can't reach Bershka for a refund. They told me they would create an urgent request and get back to me as soon as possible, but no one has contacted me. It's been two months, and I still don't have my items or a refund. How can a company be so irresponsible? This will be my last purchase with Bershka. I need my refund immediately, and this situation needs to be resolved without further delay. It's extremely disappointing to see such poor customer service from a well-known brand.
