Bershka Online Order Still “Processing” After Payment, No Delivery Update

On September 10, 2024, I placed an order for a pair of boots from Bershka’s online store (Order No: 40239015033). The estimated delivery date was September 17, 2024, but as of today, September 19, 2024, the order status still shows “processing” and there is no shipping activity.
I successfully completed the payment at the time of purchase, and my delivery and address details are correct.
I tried to contact Bershka customer service to get information about my order or to learn the reason for the delay, but I have not been able to reach them through any channel.
I request that my order be shipped immediately or that I be connected with a representative who can provide me with accurate information. I expect an urgent response regarding this matter.
