Bershka order (tracking number: 40135194911), which supposedly got delivered on Sunday. The tracking information indicates that the item was delivered, but I have not received any package. The status says 'delivered,' but there's been no sign of the delivery. This discrepancy is so unexpected on my side...I urgently need this issue to be resolved. If the delivery has occurred, I should have received the package. If not, there seems to be a serious problem.
