I placed an order on Monday, March 6th and the app stated that the order would be delivered by Friday, March 10th at the latest. My order was shipped on Thursday, March 9th, but today is Tuesday, March 14th and my order still hasn't arrived. How can there be such a significant delay? I have been in contact with Bershka customer service for days and all they say is "Yes, you are experiencing a delay." They aren't doing anything else to help. I don't know where my order is, when it will arrive, or how long I'll have to wait. The customer representatives are useless.
