Bershka Order Not Delivered on Time and Returned to Courier Branch
On September 27, I placed an order for a tracksuit set (top and bottom) through Bershka’s mobile app. My order was supposed to be delivered on September 29, but the shipping company failed to deliver it on time, and it was sent back to their Kartal branch. Since then, there has been no movement or update on my shipment.
When I contacted the courier company, they only told me, “We’ll call the branch,” but I never received any further update or assistance. I find it extremely disappointing that a reputable brand like Bershka works with such an unreliable and unresponsive shipping company.
I’m requesting that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible and that Bershka resolve this issue promptly to make up for the inconvenience I’ve experienced. Thank you.
