I Face a 17-Day Bershka Shipping Delay With My Order Still “In Process”

On November 25, 2025, I placed an order for black men's boots from Bershka under order number 40253674815. Even though 17 days have passed, my order still appears as “in process,” and the product has not even been shipped yet. I am extremely frustrated by such a long delay.

I regularly check the order status and email notifications, but there has been no sign of progress. The delivery date was listed as December 10, 2025, yet that date has also passed with no update or movement.

I request that my order be shipped by next week at the latest, without any further delay, and that I receive clear and detailed information about the shipping and delivery process.
