Bershka Order Delayed for Nearly a Month, Still Not Delivered
I placed an order with Bershka on January 4, 2025, and it was supposed to arrive between January 4 and February 24, 2025. However, it has been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my order. This delay is unacceptable and causes unnecessary frustration for customers.
I trusted Bershka to deliver my purchase on time, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expect the order to be delivered immediately or at least an update on its status. Bershka, please resolve this issue promptly and ensure better service for your customers. Delays like this damage trust and make it hard to rely on your brand in the future.
