I Face an Unacceptable Delivery Delay With My Bershka Order

On 28 November 2025, I placed an order on the Bershka website with order number 40254293413. This order included several items—striped rustic pants, a heavy cotton short-sleeved T-shirt, a knitted sweater, and a pocketed oversized sweatshirt. However, none of these products has been delivered to me.

When I contacted Bershka customer service regarding the delay, I was informed that they were experiencing high order volume and that my order would not be shipped until 29 December 2025. I find it unacceptable that an order placed on 28 November is postponed for such an extended period due to internal workload, especially without offering any alternative solution or compensation.

I request that my order be shipped and delivered to me as soon as possible without any further delay. If immediate shipment is not possible, I ask that my order be cancelled at no cost to me and that a full refund for all purchased items be issued promptly.

Yesterday, I spoke with a Bershka customer service representative regarding my complaint. They informed me by email that my order was being delayed because one of the four items in my order was not available in their warehouse. Wouldn't it be better if they sent the available items? Why do they offer a product for sale if it is not in their warehouse? Is your preference here to victimize the customer? Shame on you, Bershka! There cannot be such a poorly managed e-commerce system in this day and age...
