Bershka Order Stuck in “Processing” for Weeks – No Delivery Update

I placed an order for 9 items through the Bershka mobile app on January 14, 2025. The estimated delivery date was between January 15 and January 27, yet my order has been stuck in the “preparing in warehouse” status ever since.

I made a large purchase, and I do not want to be left without my items. There has been no update, no shipping confirmation, and no response from customer service. This delay is completely unacceptable.

Bershka needs to resolve this issue immediately and provide a clear update on my order status. I expect a prompt resolution or a full refund. My order number is 40202624677. Please fix this as soon as possible!
