On October 13, 2025, at 1:38 PM, I placed an order for a pair of boots on Bershka’s online store, choosing the “Pick Up in 4 Hours” option from the Akasya AVM branch (Order No: 40244173705). However, even after more than four hours, my order status still shows “being prepared at the warehouse”, and I haven’t been able to pick it up yet.
I tried calling the store, but no one answered, and I couldn’t reach customer service either. I specifically chose the fast delivery option because I needed the item urgently, but there’s been no communication or update throughout this process.
I made the payment using my bank card. I request that my order be prepared and delivered as soon as possible, and that I be updated about the status. I also ask Bershka to compensate for the inconvenience, as the “4-hour pickup guarantee” was not fulfilled.
