Bershka Approved My Return but Never Refunded My Money

I returned a jacket that I purchased online from Bershka on November 21. Even though my return was approved via email, nearly one month has passed and the $36 refund has still not been credited to my bank card.

I am experiencing inconvenience because my return process was approved, yet the refund has not been reflected in my account. I am requesting that my refund be deposited into my bank card account as soon as possible and that the delay be clearly explained to me.
