Bershka Canceled My Order but Didn’t Refund My Payment
I canceled my order from Bershka, but they haven’t refunded my money. When I first contacted them, they told me to wait 14 days for the refund to be processed. I waited patiently, but nothing was refunded. When I reached out again, they claimed that my bank had blocked the transaction, but my bank confirmed that there is no issue on their end.
To resolve the issue, Bershka requested a provision code from my bank, which I provided. However, after sending it via email, they rejected my request and are refusing to take responsibility for returning my money.
This is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution—either process my refund now or provide a valid explanation as to why my money is being held. Bershka must take responsibility for their payment system errors instead of blaming the bank!
