On July 17, 2025, I initiated a return for all the items I purchased from Bershka’s online store (Order No: 40229586605), with a total refund amount of $83. However, since my credit card was canceled, I realized that the refund never reached my account. It’s been about three months, and I’m still waiting to receive my money back. During this period, I requested that the refund be processed using my new card details or my active IBAN, but nothing has been resolved.
When I contacted Bershka customer service, they told me that the refund couldn’t be processed on their end and that I needed to contact my bank. However, when I spoke with my bank, they explained that since the card was canceled, the refund couldn’t be completed and the amount had been returned to Bershka. They confirmed that while they can’t authorize a card-based refund, my account and IBAN are both active. I also submitted a transaction dispute during this process.
I’m requesting that Bershka reissue the refund using my current card or active IBAN and provide a clear update on how this issue will be resolved. I’ve been waiting patiently for months, and I’d appreciate timely communication and action regarding my refund.
