Canceled Bershka Order but Still Waiting for Refund After Weeks

I canceled my Bershka order (40177831549) right after purchasing it on August 29th, but I still haven’t received my refund. When I contacted Bershka, they said the delay was due to my bank, but that doesn’t make sense to me. Normally, when I cancel orders or process refunds, the money is quickly credited back to my account. I’m frustrated because I don’t understand why this time is any different. I expect Bershka to resolve this issue and ensure my refund is processed immediately. This delay is unreasonable, and I want my money back as soon as possible.
