Even when they do arrive, they frequently fail to fix the problem adequately, and it quickly returns. After the last service visit, the machine began leaking water, which worsened the issue. When I contacted the company, they dispatched another technician, but now the boiler is making a peculiar sound. This product has disappointed me, and I would never recommend it to anyone. It is frustrating that the service team cannot provide a permanent solution to the problems I am experiencing with this machine. In addition, I have received contradictory information regarding the maximum weight capacity of the machine, making it difficult for me to use it properly. Overall, my experience with this washing machine and the company's service has been unsatisfactory.
