Stake Ignored My Support Ticket While My Deposit Remains Missing
I am writing to report a serious problem with a deposit I made to my Stake account that has still not been credited. On 15-01-2026, I deposited my State Bank of India account in INR towards my Stake account registered with the email address karushve***@gmail.com. The money was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Stake balance. It has now been about a week since the transaction, and despite the amount leaving my bank, there is no reflection of this deposit on the Stake platform. I opened a support ticket with Stake regarding this issue 7 days ago, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. I also escalated the matter through Stake’s live support; however, the situation remains unresolved, and my funds are still missing. I request that this deposit be investigated urgently and that the amount be credited to my Stake account immediately. If, for any reason, this is not possible, I expect a clear explanation and a prompt refund back to my State Bank of India account. In addition, due to the significant delay and inconvenience caused by my funds being blocked for this period, I am also requesting appropriate compensation for the delay, along with a prompt resolution of this issue.
