Beko Washing Machine Still Doesn’t Work After Months and No Replacement Was Offered


I’ve been stuck with a broken washing machine for months, and even though I reported the problem just a couple of weeks after I bought it, I’m still dealing with it. Whenever I've tried to get in touch, nothing has been done to fix the problem. It feels like the company is totally overlooking me. The machine just gathers dust and mud, and the clothes come out looking just as dirty as they went in. I’ve reached out for a replacement or some kind of solution several times, but I haven’t received anything in return. It's really annoying to keep reaching out and not getting any replies or movement on this. I really don’t want to go down the legal route, but it looks like that might be the only option if we can’t sort this out soon.
