Beko Damaged My Washing Machine During Service and Refused to Replace It

My Beko washing machine started making excessive noise and leaking water from the bottom on December 25, 2024. I contacted Beko service, and the technician determined that the drum needed to be replaced and that the water leakage was caused by this issue. The next day, when the service team arrived to take the machine, I informed them that my washing machine was in scratch-free and undamaged condition and that I expected it to be returned in the same state. A few days later, I called to check on the machine’s status and was told it had failed testing. When it was returned a few days later, the machine had a cracked top cover, scratched sides, and visible dents. Moreover, it still wasn’t working. I reported the damages and malfunction. The technician who came the next day got the machine to run, but that evening, while in use, it leaked again, flooding my home. I requested a replacement, but this was denied. I do not accept this outcome and demand a replacement. Otherwise, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue all other legal remedies available.

Today, I was contacted by Beko, and they informed me that a replacement would not be provided, only a part replacement. I have been dealing with this issue for nearly two weeks, and despite the damage being caused by them, they act as if they are in the right and insist on part replacement. Last night, my home was flooded, and I cannot comprehend the kind of service and support this is. I will file a complaint through legal channels and with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I am requesting a product replacement, but they claim they will fix their mistake with a part replacement.
Here's the translation of the text from Turkish to English: "Today, I was called to check if the change was made at the place where they replaced the part. They say part replacement is justified in case of their own fault, two weeks away. Last night, the house was flooded. What kind of service is this? I will apply to legal avenues and the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I want a replacement. They say they will fix my machine, which they damaged, with a part replacement."
Today, I was called and told that they would not make the change but would replace the part. We have been miserable for almost two weeks. They say part replacement for the machine they damaged themselves. Last night, the house was flooded. What kind of service is this? I don't understand. I will apply to legal channels and the Consumer Arbitration Board. I want results. They say they will fix it with a part replacement.
For more than 10 days, they haven't been able to offer a solution. They said the part for the supposed body replacement had arrived and that they would take the product to the workshop today, but they didn't come. They reschedule appointments as they please and push them to later days. They haven't been able to alleviate my inconvenience at all. I'm embarrassed to keep taking my laundry to my neighbors.
The machine has arrived in my hands, and they have changed the sides as a body replacement. They have put an old scratched cover on the cracked top cover, but water is still leaking from the bottom of the machine. Other problems have started to emerge; the machine skips time while working, for example, it suddenly drops from 10 minutes to around 7 minutes. I have witnessed this a few times during rinsing; even though there are 18 minutes left, the "end" message appears, and it ends the washing. They haven't been able to solve the problem. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
Water continues to leak from the washing machine. The authorized service personnel who came twice yesterday stated that they did not know the cause of the problem and could not find where the water was leaking from as a result of their inadequate inspection. They could not solve the problem and left. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee on Monday.
The authorized technical service of Beko amusement park is not doing their job well. When the technician opened the top cover of the device, I took a photo of the wet area. Now, after a detailed examination of the photo, I noticed that the newly installed drum was broken from the top by the technician during installation. Therefore, I am complaining about the authorized service and the technician. I want a product replacement. I am aggrieved and will take this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board unless otherwise.
Today they brought my machine and said the problems were fixed. When I started the machine, it was leaking water and discharging the water it took in as it is, the drum is not turning, and the machine is not working. It's been at least 1 month, and the Diyarbakır lunapark authorized service and Beko cannot solve the problem. I will file a lawsuit for material and moral damages and seek my rights.
