I purchased a Beko washing machine at the beginning of January, and I’ve been deeply disappointed from the start. The machine is extremely noisy during operation, and what’s worse, it doesn’t clean the clothes properly. For a brand like Beko, this performance is unacceptable.
I’ve had the service team come out five or six times, and yet nothing has been resolved. Every visit ends with the same result—no explanation, no fix, and no replacement. I’ve even requested that the unit be taken to their workshop for testing, but they’ve refused to take meaningful action.
At this point, I’ve lost all confidence in the product. I don’t want this machine anymore. I expect either a full replacement or a refund.
Beko, please take responsibility for the faulty product you've sold me. Send a technician who will actually resolve the issue or replace the machine altogether. I’ve done my part—now it’s your turn to deliver a solution.
